Scheduling a mediation appointment

Mediation appointments can be scheduled Monday – Friday, starting at either 9:00am or 1:30pm. Use the calendar below to see availability and please complete the form on this page to request an open block of time.  In the “Comments” section below, please let us know if the other party has confirmed their availability for the date and time you are requesting below.  We’ll respond to your request as soon as we are able, typically within one business day.

Meetings are typically a maximum of 4 hours. If you anticipate needing more than 4 hours, please ask for a 9:00am start time and indicate the number of hours you’d like to schedule in the Comments section on the form.  The parties will only be charged for time spent in session, and a subsequent session can always be arranged.

Please note that, after you hear back from us and the mediation is confirmed, if the mediation is cancelled less than three (3) business days prior to the scheduled time, the cancelling party or parties will need to pay a cancellation fee.

Please also note that each party is expected to pay his/her share of the fees at the end of the mediation session.  Rob accepts VISA, American Express, and MasterCard.
